Filmmaker launches Christian Film Festival in Northern Louisiana for May 2017.
Matthew Ramsaur, filmmaker from Louisiana, has announced that he has launched his new Christian Film Festival called the Kingdom Collective Film Festival in his home town of Ruston, LA, May 5 – 7, 2017. Matthew made this statement on his facebook page yesterday:
“After a lot of thought and prayer, God has been pushing me to start a Christian Film Festival. And today I can finally share that with you. It is open to anyone and everywhere no matter where you live, but will take place in Ruston, LA. Take a look at the website for further information and how to submit. I could use your help by sharing this post and getting the word out.”

Matthew submitted a film for our festival called “IN BETWEEN“, starring Shelby Olivier, is an official selection and is scheduled to screen Friday night August 19th, 2016. Mr. Ramsaur was the writer, director and producer of this amazing short film.
[Film Overview: Battling between nightmares and consistent community invites from a co-worker, Shelby questions where the nightmares are stemming from. Shelby begins to face choices to choose living in the darkness or step into a lighter world.]
After considering the availability of the filmmakers and guests, we are setting a schedule for when the films will be screened at our festival. We will begin on Aug 18, 2016 at 3 pm after our registration period and first workshop. We will screen the film
