Doudou Liu is a Chinese animator, designer and illustrator based in New York, whose work utilizes a hand drawn style and encompasses delightful, whimsical and well formed designs and characters. She received her BFA in animation from the China Academy of Art in Hangzhou in 2015. After working as a Motion Graphics Designer for two years, she obtained her MFA in Computer Art, with a concentration in Motion Graphics, from the School of Visual Arts in New York City, in 2019. Her background is in 2D animation, specializing in character animation and background design. Her ideas come from her daily doodles and travels.
