Apathy is in the air, crime rates have sky-rocketed, and two detectives are on the trail of a killer. Officers Matt Harrison and Joseph Brown have been partners for the past two years. While investigating the murder of two women at a nightclub in Dallas, their search leads them to one of the biggest drug kingpins in America. Their faith in each other will be put to the test and will need to rely on a higher authority to make it out alive.
