Sixteen-year-old Hannah has lived with Cystic Fibrosis all her life. Sammy is a twelve-year-old soccer-star wannabe. When Hannah, a former select-team player, offers to teach Sammy how to kick, an unlikely friendship develops, their families growing closer even as Hannah’s debilitating disease takes its toll.
